Who has access to your information and to whom is it disclosed?
Only TaylorMade Golf employees or contracted workers conducting recruitment activity have access to your information. The information is processed and forwarded to the staff member responsible for recruitment of the role using Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP).

If your application is successful, the personal information collected during the recruiting process will be transferred to Human Resources for use in pre-employment screenings, personnel file creation, offer of employment and onboarding activities. Personnel files will be retained throughout your employment and after termination in alignment with applicable laws.

We may share your personal information with our selected service providers acting on our behalf. These third parties will be required to use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information.

Your Rights and Choices
Under data protection law, you have rights we need to make you aware of. To the extent allowed by applicable law, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

  • Right to confirm whether we maintain any personal information concerning you in our systems and databases;

How do we protect and safeguard your information?

All candidates applying for a role at TaylorMade Golf will create their own personal account which is password protected. This account will enable you to view, change or delete your curriculum vitae and all your personal information stored in your candidate profile at any time in this application site. Additionally, this account will enable you to apply for roles at TaylorMade and access the status of your applications.
