The family of SIM2, SIM2 Max and SIM2 Max•D earned gold in the driver category. Forged Ring Construction is the defining component of the trio, which allows us to reconstruct the driver to deliver optimal forgiveness and launch properties while maintaining fast ball speeds and aerodynamics. The precision milled aluminum fixture is lightweight and high strength. It unites the critical components of the driver head into a singular force.
Improving upon all the elements that made SIM fairways a leader in distance, engineers added a new level of forgiveness in SIM2 Titanium, SIM2 Max and SIM2 Max•D fairways. Powered by the iconic V Steel™ design that promotes enhanced turf interaction and playability from various lies, improved weight distribution delivers pinpoint CG projection for optimal MOI and launch properties.
The impact of the original SIM Max Rescue was felt at every level of the game, from the amateur ranks to the world’s best. Week in and week out, SIM Max Rescue was played on Tour with approximately a dozen of the breakthrough hybrids in play any given Sunday. It even accounted for wins with current World No. 1 Dustin Johnson winning the 2020 Travelers Championship in record-setting fashion with two SIM Max Rescues in his bag.
Building on that success, we expanded our hybrid offerings in 2021 to include the SIM2 Rescue and SIM2 Max Rescue. Fueled by the Tour pedigree of its predecessor, the SIM2 Rescue was designed with insights from Johnson, Rory McIlroy and more.
Relying on the V Steel technology that revolutionized hybrid performance, the SIM2 Max Rescue brings Tour-validated results to golfers at every level. A more refined sole geometry redistributes weight for increased forgiveness while maintaining low CG properties.
SIM2 Max
The all-new SIM2 Max and SIM2 Max OS irons utilize Cap Back Design and an evolved ECHO® Damping System to deliver unparalleled feel and performance in the category of game improvement irons. Cap Back Design helps to secure the topline and provide addition rigidity in the upper part of the face – enhancing the signature forged-like feel and sound of SIM irons. In addition to minimizing unwanted vibrations that create the harsh feel associated with traditional distance irons, Cap Back Design works in unison with the flexible Thru-Slot Speed Pocket™ to increase ball speed and distance.
P•790
With P•790, we’ve answered the challenge of creating a forged iron that delivers remarkable distance and playability combined with the look and feel that’s preferred by discerning players. This was accomplished by incorporating technologies such as a hollow-body construction SpeedFoam™ and the Thru-Slot Speed Pocket.
P•770
The new P•770 is forged from the same DNA as its big brother, P•790. It’s relying on advanced materials and innovative technologies to push the boundaries of distance, feel and performance. Delivering it all in a compact players iron shape.
In comparison to its sibling, the P•770 has a thinner topline, narrower sole and shorter blade length. The smaller construction helps inspire confidence at address, while also promoting enhanced workability and control.
P•7MC
Designed with insights from the game’s best ball strikers, P•7MC has been meticulously crafted to the highest quality to create the best feeling iron possible. As a contemporary take on classic designs, each iron is built to blend aesthetics and performance feel.
Utilizing the Compact Grain Forging™ process, we use a 2,000-ton forging press to ensure that every P•7MC iron is formed with masterful precision and a tighter grain structure designed to provide the most solid, consistent feel possible.
Spider EX
The True Path on Spider EX is designed to allow the player to use either the face/topline or the alignment system to aim. Three dots are enclosed by dual rails, which helps center the ball at address and promotes a consistent setup time after time. If you prefer to aim with the face/topline of the putter but could also use a little confirming that you're locked onto your target, this may be the putter for you.
The choice of white at the True Path color isn't just hapchance. Optically, it is the most reflective color and provides a clear focal point that makes the stroke and the path of the roll more visible.
Spider X Hydro Blast
This model builds on the immense success of the original Spider X – which became the best-selling model in the franchise's history while racking up 11 Tour wins over the last two-plus seasons. It features the OG True Path system (no, that's not a technical term), which debuted with the original Spider X in 2019. This optically engineered vision system is designed for improved path, clearer vision, solid strikes and enhanced visual perception through color sensitivity. What does all the mean to you? A repeatable address through an alignment system that's also intended to help you hit more putts in the center of the face – producing a better and more predictable roll.
Milled Grind 2
Milled Grind 2 wedges combine precision-milling with Raw Face Technology designed for increased spin, precision and feel. While the face rusts over time, the rest of the head will maintain its original finish.
Hi-Toe RAW
Two proven TaylorMade technologies have merged into a single new design. Introducing Hi-Toe Raw, combining the full-face scoring lines and expanded toe area of Hi-Toe with Raw Face Technology. This unique wedge is designed for increased spin, precision and feel whether you’re taking full swings on your approach or playing finesse shots around the green.
