Keita Nakajima claimed his maiden DP World Tour victory in style with a wire-to-wire win at the Hero India Open. This is Keita's fourth professional win since the start of 2023 with his TP5 golf ball, with the previous three coming on the Japan Golf Tour.

Keita has a combination of P·7MC and P·7MB, choosing the P·7MC for his long irons affording him extra forgiveness, then transitions to the P·7MB for the remainder of his irons ensuring extra control should he end up approaching from fairway or rough. Paired with four Milled Grind 4 wedges, as he finds the spin tread grooves allow him to target pins from a variety of distances.

This is matched with the TP5 golf ball, as spin with wedges is something Keita feels is extremely important in the game which made the golf ball choice easy.

His bag is rounded out with a TP Reserve B11, which pairs the benefit of the pure roll grooves with the soft feel and crisp sound of a milled head. Keita continues to test the QI10 family for the top end of his bag.

INSIDE THE WIN

Keita set the pace early in India with consecutive rounds of seven-under, putting him firmly in the driving seat. This was followed by a four-under round of 68 to get to 18-under and match the biggest 54-hole lead of the season so far.

When asked about his 3rd round, he said "I feel very confident in my game. My ball-striking and swing has been pretty good this week.". Keita headed into the final round with a four-shot advantage at the DLF Golf & Country Club and was able to finished the job as he concluded with a round of 73 to round out a comfortable victory.
