TaylorMade Gear

Building on the success of previous generations of Hi-Toe wedges, we’re excited to introduce Hi-Toe 4. These wedges are designed to give golfers of all abilities increased confidence, versatility, and consistency around the greens.

No matter if you’ve been playing golf your whole life or are just starting out, there’s a Hi-Toe 4 wedge to suit your swing style and the conditions you play in.

There’s a lot to talk about with Hi-Toe 4 wedges, so let’s dive right in for a closer look.

WHAT'S NEW IN HI-TOE 4?

From a design standpoint, Hi-Toe 4 wedges have a toe that’s more visually pronounced compared to Hi-Toe 3. The appearance of a larger face gives you added confidence no matter what type of shot you’re trying to play around the green.

You’ll also love the control and consistency full-face grooves provide in the 54°, 56°, 58° and 60° wedges. As you manipulate the face to hit different shots, you can do so knowing you’ll have full control of how the ball comes off and reacts.

Like Milled Grind 4, Hi-Toe 4 wedges employ an elevated CG. This aids in both lowering full-shot trajectory and also increasing spin. Instead of hitting high, floating shots with little spin that can be affected by wind, Hi-Toe 4 makes it easy to create a lower, more penetrating ball flight that has plenty of stopping power.

MORE SPIN WHERE YOU NEED IT MOST

Hi Toe 4 Spin Tread

TaylorMade’s Spin Tread technology was originally seen in our Milled Grind 4 wedges. It’s now featured in Hi-Toe 4. This cutting-edge face finish increases contact and friction with the ball at impact. What does that mean for your game? Spin and control.

But there’s still more to the equation. When you find yourself playing in wet conditions, Spin Tread technology channels moisture away from the face. As a result, you’ll have less of those pesky fliers where water gets caught between the face and the ball. Even in a downpour you can trust Hi-Toe 4 wedges to retain more spin and give you control.

You’re sure to love the raw finish on Hi-Toe 4 wedges too. This finish is preferred by the majority of Tour players. It also helps reduce glare.

COPPER FINISH

Hi-Toe 4 wedges feature a copper finish. Not only does this finish look sharp, it helps reduce glare that’s all too common with finishes like chrome. Over time, the copper will develop a patina giving each wedge a distinct look without sacrificing performance.

If customizing the look of your wedge is important to you, consider creating a MyHi-Toe 4 wedge. You can choose from one of four finishes, 15 different paint fills, four text and engraving options, and the shaft and grip of your choice.

VERSATILITY FOR EVERY GOLFER

Hi Toe 4 Takeaway

Hi-Toe wedges are available in five different All Terrain grinds that give you the ultimate suite of options depending on your swing type and the conditions you play in.

Hi-Toe 4 sole designs were born out of the need to create five unique grinds that complemented a variety of playing conditions and swing styles for golfers that are looking for more versatility and forgiveness. From low-bounce designs that offer more forgiveness out of the bunker, to wider sole designs that offer more versatility and forgiveness off a variety of lies, Hi-Toe 4 complements and widens our wedge choices more than ever before. The designs were created with the goal of perceived and noticeable differences between all grinds and wedge models.”

ALL TERRAIN GRINDS

Hi Toe 4 ATS 60 Sole
All Terrain Standard Grind (ATS)

The ATS grind is the most all-encompassing grind in the Hi-Toe 4 lineup. If you like a neutral face angle at address this grind is a great choice. The four-way camber on the ATS grind makes it easy to open and close the face and hit a wide array of shots around the green.

You can find the ATS grind in a full range of lofts from 50°- 60°.

Hi Toe 4 ATV 60 Sole
All Terrain Versatility Grind (ATV)

If your swing comes into the golf ball with a shallow angle of attack and you play off firm conditions, you stand to benefit from this grind’s asymmetric bounce and concave sole. The design gives you plenty of options to hit a variety of shots with different trajectories and spins. Higher effective bounce in the open face position also adds to the ATV’s all-around versatility.

The ATV grind can be found in lofts of 56°, 58° and 60°.

Hi Toe 4 ATC 60 Sole
All Terrain C Grind (ATC)

The ATC is perfect for golfers that are especially shallow and play off firm, tight turf. The reverse C sole design has noticeable heel and toe relief that allows you to hit just about any shot you need, even when there isn’t much cushion under the ball.

The ATC grind is available in both 58° and 60° lofts.
